For individual party supply product orders and Hostess Kits (not rentals) we try to ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4 business days for order processing. Orders received after 3 PM Eastern Time On Friday will be treated as received on Monday at 9 AM Eastern Time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day.
For Hostess Kit Rentals, orders must be placed at least a week before the selected event date, and your Kit will be received two business days before your party.
Once processed, packages will ship from our Ooltewah, TN location via United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail (2-3 days), First Class Mail (2-5 days) or via United Parcel Service (UPS) via standard ground (1-5 days), depending on products ordered. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination - especially during peak shipping periods.
Our shipping rates are based on the amount of shipped products ordered. Shipping is free on all Hostess Kits, both ways. Rates for regular shipping are based upon the total cost of your merchandise. See the table below. Orders are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS.
